I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of the Medina. The staff were helpful and were great too accommodate my needs. They even prepared breakfast for me at 4 am when I went hot air ballooning. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel facilities were excellent, with plenty of spaces to relax and unwind. The location was perfect, walking distance to all the attractions in the city.
There was nothing I didn't like.

From the moment I stepped foot into this hotel, I was struck by the luxurious atmosphere. the exclusive amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool, massage services, and spa centre, made for a truly unforgettable stay. the sun terrace and sun loungers were the perfect place to relax with a drink from the bar, and the location advantages were unbeatable - right in the heart of the city. the room was equipped with everything I needed and more, with special diet menus catered for upon request.
the continental breakfast could have been improved - although the buffet was meant well, the selection could have been larger and the service more attentive.
